Nfluz showcases influencer profiles to brands and enables direct connections between both parties. Brands independently select creators based on their requirements. Nfluz is not responsible for the outcome of collaborations.

2. User Responsibilities

• Influencers must provide accurate and genuine information

• Brands must provide truthful campaign details and respect influencer rights

• Users must not misuse the platform for spamming, fraud, or illegal activities

3. Financial Transactions

Nfluz does not handle, manage, or guarantee any payments between influencers and brands. All financial arrangements must be settled directly between the parties. Nfluz is not responsible for payment-related disputes.

4. No Guarantee

Nfluz does not guarantee collaborations, earnings, or campaign results. All interactions occur at the discretion and risk of the users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nfluz is not liable for any losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from user interactions or collaborations. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

6. Termination

Nfluz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
